He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Pyles and Idie Opal Pyles (O'Brien); his siblings, Charles, Troy, Eugene Pyles and LaVilla Pyles; and his close friend Rose Fales.
He is survived by: his nephew Donny Cameron; and his friend Cynthia Meister.
