He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan S. Kinsinger and Lydia Kinsinger; his former wife Ida M. Kinsinger (Hershberger); his siblings, Noah D. Kinsinger and Ida D. Summy; and his grandson Josiah Byler.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Eliza Kinsinger (Yoder); his children, Homer Kinsinger (Sadie), Tobie Kinsinger (Verda), Eli Kinsinger (Ruth) of Cynthiana, KY, Ivan Kinsinger (Lucinda) and Rhoda Byler (Enos) of Minerva, OH; his stepchildren, Mervin Hershberger (Renee) of Kalona, IA, Larry Hershberger (Evelyn) and Marilyn Schrock (Jim); and his sisters, Sarah Summy and Fannie Beachy. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, ten step-grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and nine step-great grandchildren.
He also enjoyed driving to Christian Aid Ministries to take clothing for donation.
