It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Hill of Oakland, Maryland, born in Terra Alta, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Hill and Martha F. Hill (DeLauder); and his brother Ronald R. Hill. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hill (Dodge); his sons, Mike (Lori), Max (Amber) and Matt (Shelli); his grandchildren, Brandon Hill, Sami Hill, Mason Hill and Michael Hardesty; his great grandchild Hailey Hardesty; and his brothers, Rick (BJ) and Dave (Doris). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
