She was predeceased by: her father John W. Paugh; her husband John T. Shahan, Sr.; her sister Rebecca Boyce (Sines); and her daughter Brenda Helbig (Shahan). She is survived by: her mother Agnes Paugh (Sines); her brother David Sines; her children, John Shahan, Jr. (Lisa), James Shahan (Anne), Tracy Shahan (Becky), Michael Shahan and Sharon Jenkins (Doug); her grandchildren, Donna, Racheal, Kelly, Shawn, Ashley, Brenda, Leslie, Anthony, Matthew, Michelle, Kevin, Donald, Stephanie, Destiny and Brady; and her great grandchildren, DeCoreyan, Michael, Uahrya, Rahki, Aspen, Aaron, Alisha, Tatianna, Avery, Kasen, Jessie, Abigail, Gage, Axl, Cyrus, Mylah, Leif and Nolan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
