As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer I Marceron and Doris J. Marceron (Grisby); her husband David Schelling; her son John Richard Hough; and her brother Ralph Marceron.
She is survived by: her children, David Craig Hough, Paul Jeffrey Hough and Karen Hough Croll; and her grandchildren, Michael Joseph Hough, Shannon Marie Gerard, Anthony John Hough, Jason Hough and Cody Hough. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
