He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Gellner (Tichinel); his children, Doug Collins (Kim), Scott Collins and Lisa Smith (Mark Scafella); his brother Michael Gellner; his aunts, Victoria Boone (Mark) and Naomi Holt; his brothers-in-law, George Tichinel and Leo Tichinel; and his grandchildren, Abby (Joe), Brody, Julieanna, Trinity, Gage, Greg and Nickolas. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
