She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Guy Glotfelty and Thelma Grace Glotfelty (O'Haver); her husband Lee Richard Steyer; her brother Samuel Glotfelty; and her half-brother O. V. Kitzmiller.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Steyer; her stepdaughters, Linda Anderson and Patty Nicolsi of Keyser, WV; her nephew Edward Kitzmiller of Shinston, WV; her cousin Robert Shaffer of Eglon, WV; and her sister-in-law Rose Kitzmiller.
Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the Southern Garrett County Rescue Squad as well as the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
