He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Olen Sr. and Norma Ren Hinkle (Liller); and his brother Richard Hinkle. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Hinkle; his children, Nathaniel Lee Hinkle (Melissa) and Heather Mae Sanabria (Jose) of Rawlings, MD; his siblings, Roy Olen Hinkle, Jr. (Deborah) and Patty Hickey of Westernport, MD; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Dillon, Savannah Nielsen, Wyatt Hinkle, Joey, Jayla, Kevin Sanabria, Maddison and Jay Bolyard.
