He is survived by: his son Jim Finch (Lee) of Oakland; his grandchildren, Marrissa, Kameron Finch and James Oliver; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn and Emma; his siblings-in-law, Rosalee Finch of Oakland, Debbie Finch of Oakland, Jayne Thomas of Oakland and Robert Brown (Linda White); and his former wife Carole Maxson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
