He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Anderson Elsey; his daughters, Sharon Elsey, Cathy Elsey Friend (Willie) and Arial Elsey; his grandchildren, Lisa, Mark Dawson, Chrystal Elsey, Mickey, Missy, Chuck Fink, Amanda, Sarah Cain and James R. Elsey; his great grandchildren, Chase Elsey, Megan, Sierra Glotfelty, Troy, Garrett Lloyd, Kyle Glotfelty, Carisma Dawson, Gracie Glotfelty, Katelynn Glotfelty and Kaiden Dawson; his great great grandchildren, Wyett, Aceyn and Rosalie; and his sister Jane Shaffer.
