He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Daniel Hinebaugh and Dora Virginia Hinebaugh (Nazelrod); his wife Lula Bell May (Friend) Hinebaugh; and his daughter-in-law Regina Glotfelty. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Friend of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Lawrence "Larry" Hinebaugh of Mt. Storm, WV and Jacqueline "Jackie" Hinebaugh of Deer Park; his grandchildren, Nichole Morris of Elkins, WV, Britteny Nicole Hinebaugh of Cumberland, MD, Zach Friend of Ft. Walton Beach, Jack "JJ" Hinebaugh of Deer Park, Alexis "Lexi" Hinebaugh of Oakland, James Rae Smith of Mt. Lake Park, MD and Jewelleah Claire Smith of Deer Park; and his great grandchild Samuel "Bub" Williams of Oakland.
