He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry James and Daisy Susan Hebb (Keyser); his wife Elizabeth Sally Mellott; his son Leonard James Hebb; and his siblings, Charles Allen Hebb, Robert Bruce Hebb and Leona Midalen Gaster.
He is survived by: his children, Jack James Hebb, Jr. (Tammy), David Aaron Hebb (Becky), Phoebe Grace Edgell (Oakland), Charlene Maria Hebb of Calhoun, CO and Laurra Dawn McClean of Friendsville, MD; and his siblings, Perry Pete Hebb (Oakland), Daniel Elliott Hebb of Grafton, WV and Catherine M. Kight. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
