She was predeceased by: her parents, John Icen and Anna Mae Wilt (Murphy); her husband John Carl Howell; her siblings, Henry Elmer Wilt, John Ellis Wilt, Margaret Catherine Mauger and Pauline Virginia Eaton; and her grandson Brian Howell.
She is survived by: her children, John C. Howell (Teresa) of Swanton, Michael W. Howell (Christina) of Swanton and Rebekah A. Howell; her grandchildren, Matthew Howell, Elizabeth Friend, Carrie Winters, Theressa, Terri Holtschneider and Tiffany Holtschneider; and her great grandchildren, Gunner Howell, Ian Friend, Kendel Winters, Preston Winters, Amelia Holtschneider and Nicolas Sharpless.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
