She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Wilson and Nellie Blanche Baker (Davis); her husband John C. Foley; her children, Catherine Farrell, Anthony Foley and Robert Foley; and her grandchildren, Jonathan James and Elizabeth Foley.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Foley of Oakland, Jeannette James (Wilbur Everett) of Stanley, NC, John Foley (Wanda) of Oakland and Michael Foley of New York, NY; her children-in-law, Thomas Farrell of New London, CT and Michelle Foley of Phoenix City, AL; her grandchildren, Scott Foley (Jennifer), Misti Graham, Sean Foley (Meghan), Tony Foley (Anessia), Ian Rigby, Katie Horne (Jon), Christina Biron (Michael), Felicia Stevens and Patrick Farrell; her great grandchildren, Brianna Graham, Emilee Graham, Kalea Foley, Kylie Foley, Kinzlee Horne, Austin Horne, Colby Horne, Wriston Horne, Peyton Foley (Cristina), Kerris Foley, Kieran Foley, Emily Stevens and William Farrell; her great great grandchild Ava Horne; and her sister Ann DeBerry.
