It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Catherine Sines of Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on May 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sylvester Whitacre and Evelyn Janet Whitacre (Sines); her son Alan Richard Sines; and her siblings, Robert Whitacre and Delores Proulx.
She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Sines; her children, Randy L. Sines (Lorraine) and Anita C. Coddington; her siblings, Sheldon Whitacre and Sandy Jamison; and her grandchildren, Rick, Aaron, Justin and Mariah. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
