She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Layton and Myrtle Layton (White); her husband Earl A. Foltz; her son Randall "Randy" Foltz; and her sister Betty Jane Blizzard.
She is survived by: her son Michael Foltz (Vonda) of Bayard; her grandchildren, Randall "Scott" Foltz (Carol), Michael "Aaron" Foltz, Patrick Foltz (Betsy) and Dana Eyler (Steven); her great grandchildren, Lily, Josh, Owen, Jocelyn, Marylin and Randalin; and her siblings, Marian Scripp (Tony) and Steve Layton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
