It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Teagarden (Oakland, Maryland), born in Crellin, Maryland, who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Gilbert Seymour "Rowd"; her husband Donald Maitland Teagarden, Sr.; her brother Alvin E. Sisler; and her nephew Randy Sisler. She is survived by: her parent Afle Sisler (Dumire); her children, Donald M. Teagarden, Jr., Judy E. Miller (Curt) and Lois M. Soncrant (Emery); her sisters, Grace Reckart of Oakland and Peggy Whittaker of Charleston, WV; her grandchildren, Troy Lundquist (Janet), Toby Miller (Lisa), Leah Miller-Bulhack (Tom), Bryanne Miller, Clint Guyton, Jesse Soncrant and Donald J. Teagarden; and her great grandchildren, Matt, Carolyne, Davin Lundquist and Ryan Miller.
