He is survived by: his parent Bessie Ellen Fazenbaker (Legeer); his wife Sue Duncan-Fazenbaker; his son Guy William Fazenbaker, Jr.; his stepson Adam Duncan; his brother Robert Fazenbaker of Grantsville; and his grandchildren, Blake of Guy William, Madison, Nolan Fazenbaker, Tyler, Gavin and Jenna Curry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
