He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Calvin Roth of Oakland, MD and Glenna Merle Roth (Friend) of Oakland, MD; and his nephew Howard V. Sisler of Friendsville, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Roth (Deem); his daughters, Tresa Clements (William), Glenna Guthrie (Norman), Terrie Roth (Joe Schroyer) and Jeany Blamble (Chuck); his siblings, Terry Roth, Wanda Sisler (Dave), Judy Whiteman and Linda Cooper; his grandchildren, Jeremy Guthrie, Myka Guthrie and Alyssa Bradshaw; his niece Missy Bowman; and his nephews, Carl Cooper and J. R. Bowman. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
The Family asks that expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made to Newman's Funeral Home in Oakland, MD towards the funeral expense fund.
