He was predeceased by: his parents, Delton Cleveland and Evelyn Beckman (Sweitzer); his wife Bobbie Jean Beckman (Seaborn); his son Russell Cleveland Beckman; and his siblings, Curt Beckman and Toni Knapp.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Gene "Buddy" Beckman, Jr. (Kathleen) and Carla Ellen Tasker (Clifford); his brother Danny Beckman (Brenda); his grandchildren, Gary Gene Beckman III, Jenna Marie Elliott (Chris), Shannon May Roufail (Joseph), Codie Russell Beckman (Aaliyah), Tyler James Tasker (Bria), Brooke Ellen Tasker and Brandi Michelle Tasker; his stepgrandchildren, Mitchell Alan Tasker and Charise Nichole Tasker; his great grandchildren, Riley Marie, Parker Allen Elliott, Dominic, Sofia Roufail and Russell Slade Beckman; his stepgreat-grandson Hoyt Christopher Miller; and his brother-in-law Donald Knapp.
