He is survived by: his children, Penny Moats (David) of Morgantown, Rich Baker (Donna) of Oakland, Judy Reynolds (Bob) of Benton, AR, Dave Baker (BillieJo) of Oakland, Ann Dalton (Ron) of Terra Alta and Jeff Baker (Shannon) of Oakland. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
