She is survived by: her children, Rayetta Riggleman (Jamie) of Friendsville, MD, Joey Ridenour (Melissa), John W. Mayne (Amanda) of Oakland, Wayne Mayne (Jen) of Bloomington, MD and David Mayne (Shondel) of Swanton, MD; and her brother Virgil Wayne Moats (Lily). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
