He was predeceased by: his parents, James Breece and Patricia Ann Farmer (Caldwell). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. "Cindy" Farmer (Delp); his sons, Nicholas R. Farmer and Brandon B. Farmer; and his sister Lorraine Conley of Edgewood, MD. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
