She is survived by: her parent Gertrude J. Dean (Rexrode); her husband Randolph S. Kitzmiller; her children, Bradley S. Savage (Oakland), Randolph E. Kitzmiller (Danielle), Jennifer P. Moon, Manuel, Oakland, Heather M. Savage and Frederick, MD; and her siblings, Charles A. Dean, Carolyn S. Dean, Oakland, Beverly A. Witt, Murrells and S. C.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
