It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Markwood Browning of Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheston H. Browning, Jr. and Kathleen Helen Browning (Markwood). He is survived by: his siblings, Jacquelyn Smith of Naples, FL, Helen Maphis (Frank) of Winchester, VA and Cheston H. "Sonny" Browning (Dee) of Brooksville, FL; and his family, Oakland, Foodland and Elkins. He is also survived by six nephews and two nieces; dozens of cousins; and hundreds of friends.
