She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert C. DeWitt, Sr. and Ocie B. DeWitt (Saucer); her husband Dallas "Hannibal" Milton Uphold; her daughter-in-law Vickie DeWitt; her brothers, David and Harold DeWitt; and her sisters-in-law, Marie and Ruth DeWitt.
She is survived by: her children, Davey Lee DeWitt Sr., Rodney Jay Uphold (Lori) and Teri DeWitt; and her siblings, Clyde DeWitt, Clara Artice (Terry), Richard DeWitt, Albert DeWitt, Jr. (Betty), Donna Bowman and Milton DeWitt. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twenty two great-grandchildren.
