She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Happy" Wilhelm and Anna Wilhelm (Trout); her siblings, Arthur Ray Wilhelm, Wayne William Wilhelm, Thelma Marie Conley (Wilhelm) and Ruby Eileen Friend Bowser (Wilhelm); and her daughter Betty Louise Woodell (Ross).
She is survived by: her husband Roger Lee Bowser; her children, David Glotfelty of Somerset, PA and Debra Riggs of Celebrations, FL; and her granddaughters, Grace Ann Bolyard of Accident, MD and Stacey (Riggs). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
