It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Marie Collins of Oakland, Maryland, born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Bud" Kifer and Grace Alberta Kifer (Oates); and her brothers, Henry Kifer and Charles Kifer. She is survived by: her husband Glenn D. Collins; her sons, Scott Collins (Lori) of Oakland, John Collins (Amy) of Oakland and Derek Collins (Cassie) of Oakland; her grandchildren, Danielle, Olivia, Johnna, Syrianna and Weston; and her siblings, Roger Kifer, Betty Otto (Jim) of Swanton, MD, Ruby Donham and Patty Tichinel (Jimmy).
