He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Moore and Hazel Rachel Moore (DeCost); and his sister Loretta Kisner. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Moore of Morgantown, WV, Sam Moore of Barton, MD, Barbara Fike (Harold), Trudy Fike of Corinth, WV and Cathy McCombie (Bill) of Friendsville, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
