He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Pearl (Friend) and Earl Thornton Hinebaugh; and his brother Lavern Hinebaugh. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Hinebaugh; his children, William O. Cowgill, Donald, L. Hinebaugh, Jr. (Elaine) and Kimberly L. Gordon; and his siblings, Philson Hinebaugh (Patty), Susan Ginter, Debbie McCroskey (Joe), Robert Hinebaugh (Ruth), John Hinebaugh and Darren Hinebaugh. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
