She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl and Marguerite Belle Dawson (Mayles); her former husband Paul Bennear; her grandson David Oronzio; her sisters, Janice Sharpless and Patricia Tasker; and also, Charles Robert "Bob" Baker and Paul Junior Bennear.

She is survived by: her children, Angela Oronzio (George), Debra Bolyard (Raymond "Jack"), Mark Bennear and Kevin Bennear; her sisters, Edith Beeman (Roger) and Jean Love; and her grandchildren, Paul, Chase, Colton, Lily Grace, Eric, Vince and George. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the House of Prayer (379 Hartmansville Rd, Elk Garden, WV 26717). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
