He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther R. Warnick and Bessie M. Warnick (Keefer); his sister Wilma Markley; and his granddaughter Valisha Weesner. He is survived by: his wife Diana Paugh Warnick (O'Haver); his sisters, Deloris Edgar of Oakland and Lillian Wertz of Oakland; his children, Lisa Krupla of Monticello, KY, Vicki McElhinney (Ray), Paula Cosner (Carl), Gorman, MD and Rusty Warnick (Tressa); and his stepchildren, Aaron Paugh (Denise), Sarah Vaughn of Frederick, MD, Hannah Hostutler and Jesse Paugh (Trista). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
