He was predeceased by: his parents, David William, Sr. and Betty Paugh (Evans); his wife Cheryl Yvonne Paugh (Peterson); his son Matthew Paugh; and his sister Judy Paugh.
He is survived by: his sons, D. Jason Paugh (Jessica) of Oakland and Michael Paugh of Oakland; his grandchildren, Karrington Paugh of Oakland and Evan Paugh of Oakland; and his sisters, Vicky Rice of Fayetteville, NC and Barb Perando (Ron) of Oakland.
