He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Oberlin Otto and Ruby Gladys Otto (Green). He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Otto (Folk); his sons, Michael (Joni) of LaVale, Mark (Lisa) of Finzel and Daniel (Beth) of Hedgesville, WV; his grandchildren, Sara Murphy (Chris), Jesse Otto (Christina), Garrett, Levi Otto, Finzel, MD, Christianna and Noelle; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Ezra Murphy and Judah Otto.
