He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Anthony and Beatrice Fern Cunha (Windell). He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Parham (Melissa Crigger) and Linda Bowman; and his sister Helen V. West. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
