He was predeceased by: his parent Delpha Wilson; his wife Lucretia Pearl "Perk" Collins (Tasker); his daughter Pammy Watring; his stepmother Mable Elsie Watring (Winters); his siblings, Johnny Watring and JoAnn Watring; and his stepsister Ruth DeWitt.
He is survived by: his parent Marguerite Florence Watring (Winters); his stepchildren, Glenn Dale Collins (Donna), Floyd C. Collins (Wanda), Deer Park and Norma L. Dawson (Leo); his siblings, DeWayne F. Watring and Genevie B. Owens; his son-in-law Richard DeWitt; and also Deer Park. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
