He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Milavec and Georgia Milavec; his wife Mary "Evelyn" Milavec; and his brothers, Thomas and Cyril.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Barb (late Henry); his grandchild Zachory (Mandy); his stepgrandsons, Kenny (Amy) and Craig (Diana); his great grandchildren, Noah, Cole, Brandon (Brittany), Katie, Emily and Josh; his great great grandchildren, Landon, Aileah and Isabella; his sister-in-law Lee Anna Wallace; and his nieces, Cindy and Anita.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Garrett County.
