It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dallas Uphold of Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Angelo and Genevieve Cleo Uphold (Reckart); and his siblings, Theodore A. "June" Uphold, Jr. (Mary E.) and Barbara Hatch. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Louise "Dottie" Uphold (DeWitt); his children, Davey Lee DeWitt, Sr. (Vickie), Rodney Jay Uphold (Lori) and Teri DeWitt (Bill); and his sister Betty Sue Sisler of Friendsville, MD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
