He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Arlene Collins (McCroskey); his daughter Tammy Collins; and his sister Barbara Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Collins (Warnick); his children, William Collins of Hayesville, NC, Kenneth Collins of Deer Park, Patricia Hinebaugh of Oakland and Craig Collins of Deer Park; and his siblings, Robert Collins of Swanton, Jean Sisler of Oakland and Helen Mayfield of Accident. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
