She was predeceased by: her father William Francis Finnerty; and her sister Linda Bailey. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Emaline Vest (Dye); her husband William Thomas Sachs, Jr.; her children, William Thomas Sachs, III and Amber Nicole Sachs; her son-in-law Donald DeWitt of Oakland; her sisters, Charlotte Stewart (Chillicothe), Deborah Perez (Chillicothe) and Kathleen Murillo of West Grove, PA; and her grandchildren, Aliyana and Miles DeWitt. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
