He was predeceased by: his sons, C. J. and D. J. Joseph; and his grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Jarvis. He is survived by: his parents, Burton Merle Joseph of Charlottesville, VA and Barbara Ellen (Jarvis); and his siblings, Guy Joseph of Gettysburg, PA, Bob Joseph of Grafton, WV and Tammie Joseph. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; fourteen great nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
