She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold David and Hazel Mary Sisler (Rumer); and her husband William Woodrow Teter. She is survived by: her children, William David Teter of Hopkinsville, KY, Donnie Allen Teter of Dover, TN, Robin Louise Thomas of Oakland and Brenda Lee Teter of Oakland; and her siblings, Boyd Roy Sisler, Gary Douglas Sisler, Edna Ellen Palineau, Darla and Carolyn Juanita Sisler. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
