She was predeceased by: her parents, Curry Joseph and Anna Carter (Norris); her husband Foy Wallace Gibbard; her son Joseph William Gibbard; and her sister Dorothy Ann Mulligan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna S. Featherston (Roger), Bonnie N. Gollup (Joe) and Melissa A. Kelly (Pat). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
