With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Roseanna Friedel of Oakland, Maryland, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on August 9, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stoddard and Rose Stoddard (Reilly); and her son William Warren. She is survived by: her husband Jacob Friedel; her daughters, Debra Trask and Susan Baker (Dale Baker) of Oakland, MD; her grandchildren, Abby Trask, Erin St. Jacques, Emma Trask, Noah Trask, Catherine Baker and William Baker; and her great grandchildren, Aubrielle St. Jacques, Tristan St. Jacques, Delcan St. Jacques, Norah Trask and Paul Trask.
Interment will be private and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Garrett County Animal Shelter, 152 Oakland Sang Run Road, Oakland, MD 21550.
