He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Edward; his daughter Debora S. Heselbach; and his brother Donald Bittinger. He is survived by: his parent Bernadette Roselle Bittinger (Sebold); his wife Dorothy V. "Dottie" Bittinger; his grandsons, Brandon C. Heselbach, Stacey, Ryan D. Heselbach and Lindsey; his son-in-law Kevin D. Heselbach; his sister Bernadette Reckart of Romney, WV; and his great grandchildren, Adyson, Liam, Aubrey, Brody and Natalie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
