He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Koenig; and his former wife Joanne Rebele (Henry). He is survived by: his parent Edna Smith Rebele (Purcell); his wife Ann Lois Weinert-Rebele (Regan); and his children, Carl Henry Rebele (Owings Mills, MD), David Newell Rebele of Hagerstown, MD and Suzanne Sincell (Don). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
