He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Holtschneider and Alice Holtschneider (George); his wife Delores "June" Holtschneider (Sines); his daughter Barbara E. Holtschneider; and his siblings, Maryellen Harman, Delbert and Earl Holtschneider.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy J. Lewis of McHenry, Carolyn Sines of Kingwood and Gary L. Holtschneider (Charlotte); his brothers, Dale Holtschneider of Oakland, George Holtschneider of Oakland and Cecil Holtschneider of Accident; his grandchildren, N. Anne Shahan (Jim), Jennifer L. Moore (T. J.), James Lewis, Kristina L. Sanders (Jason), Jason B. Hardesty (Ashley), April Sines and Andrew Sines; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Matthew, Michelle Shahan, Autumn Keplinger, Caspian, Ares Moore, Breckin, Braige, Rhyken, Rowen Hardesty, Tyson Stanton, Tayah Friend and Rhylinn Sanders.
