It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Latin of Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Beulah Latin to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bliss Reams and Grace Reams (Cross); her great-grandparent Thomas Cross; her husband Paul William DeWitt; her daughters, Debra DeWitt and Paula Ridenour (Harold); her grandchildren, Gary Upole (Stacie), Carrie Luckel (Kevin) and David Upole (Lora); her great grandchildren, Taylor Preston (Chris), Hannah Kisner (Dustin), Hunter Luckel (Brooklynn), Isaac Upole, Gracyn Upole, Brayden Upole and Tehya Teets; her great great grandchildren, Ashton Upole, Lincoln Preston and Kash Preston; her brother Ralph Reams (Sheila); her sisters-in-law, Nina Reams and Ruby DeWitt; and her siblings, Carl, Gerald "Jud", Art, Leroy "Bob" Reams and Genevieve Hahn. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
