He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Feather (Beckman); his sons, John Feather (Oakland), Kenneth Feather (Oakland) and James Feather (Oakland); his siblings, Carl Junior Feather of Kingsville, OH and Dorothy Burroughs of South Mills, NC; and his grandchildren, Andrew Feather of Lawrenceville, VA, Jared Feather of Corinth, WV, Brandi Feather of Aurora, WV and Andrew Bell of Oakland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
