She was predeceased by: her parents, Byard'Jack'W. Lohr and Ruth B. Lohr (Brobst); her husband Richard A. Plank, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Cannon (Lohr) and Arthur Lohr.
She is survived by: her sister Emma C. Miller (Lohr); and her children, Susan B. Plank, Jennifer L. Brigham (Plank) and Mark A. Plank.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
